Setting up a Nude-House from scratch for a new manager
Can you locate a likely building to put the Nude-House in? It will need to be in an area where you can attract at least 12 females out of the team of 20 salespersons, but the building will have to house the 20 staff and yourself. They will each need to sell 10 copies of the software from their own homes to generate the money we need for the offices and to equip them properly. They will raise at least £5,000 each for themselves at a 20% commission selling full price systems. They will have to sell more systems if their selling price is lower.

Usually the offices will be on a floor off the ground floor and not particularly overlooked by adjacent buildings. They must be self-contained so that they have their own toilet facilities - not shared by others - are open-plan offices and can be modified by us to make more suitable.
We would sell the system to customers for a price between 500 pounds and 2,500 pounds – but they would basically be the same system. We would pay 20% for the sales and will pay a 20% commission to the sales staff. The idea is to allow cheaper systems for smaller companies and pay well for these but mostly to promote the more expensive versions.
Each salesperson needs to sell about £25,000 for us – that is about 10 of the more expensive versions. This leave £20,000 to us after they get paid £5,000. This is all computed in terms of pounds sterling – to convert to US dollars multiply the pounds by 1.6
I will use the money the staff generate to pay them and you, pay for the office rent, pay for modifications we will need to make to the structure of the building, pay for desks, chairs, PCs, telephones used by the staff, pay for additional furniture and equipment, pay for additional recruitment costs. This will use up perhaps £250,000 to £350,000 of the generated money.
When each of the staff sell the system to customers I will receive the money directly and will pay the staff and pay you, then we will get enough to pay for everything - slowly. This will take some time, depending how fast you can find the staff.
The staff will work from their own homes to start with but they must be nudists and happy to work as nudists all the time when they start working in the offices.
You will need to interview them all in the nude to see that they are happy as nudists - both males and females. I will need to see nude photographs of each of the staff - so can you arrange to take these at the interview with them?
The males – especially – need to be sorted out, preferably before the interview, to discard those who are unsuitable to be put in the position of congregating with nude females. Some males seem erroneously obsessed with the concept of being fatally attractive to females and that working with females gives them the right to exercise themselves by having sex at work.
None of the workers need any qualifications other than the ability to sell to businesses over the telephone and to explain what the software does. They can be of any age - and shape - good looks are not essential for the role.
I need help doing this - organising this for me will enable you to earn from the efforts of all the staff - so every time that they sell and get paid you will get paid an amount in addition. You will earn one quarter of all the commission earned by each salesperson, but for all the salespeople. Salespeople are estimated to each earn as much as £120,000 a year so with 20 salespeople you could earn 20 * £30,000 = £600,000 in a year. This is about $1,000,000.
