Process of recruiting staff
We need staff who are practising nudists. All staff must send me a cv showing that they are interested in sales and have experience in nudism together with one or more photographs.
We are not looking for exhibitionists, male gays, swingers or voyeurs. There is no sexual contact between our staff and no display of their charms for the benefit of visitors to this web site.
We interview some applicants on the phone and, if they are successful in that, we then invite some to the flat for a nude interview. We can then see if they are really nudists and have the right attitudes.
At the interview we will demonstrate the software system to them and get their comments.
They must then sell 10 copies of my software from their own homes before they are allowed into the Nude-House. They actually need to earn £10,000 for themselves, so they must earn £40,000 for us (this may result in them having to sell more than 10 copies if they sell at a lower price).
They can offer their customers the same web-coders, that everyone else does, who will assist the customers in achieving their first web content if required - their time is provided to customers for free.
